Capt James Arnold stayed at Elias Grave's house in 1775 and left behind his chest bed, blankets and pillow. He wrote a letter to Elias asking him to keep them until he hears from Capt. Arnold. If, however, he hears of Capt. Arnold's death he is to keep them for six months and then advertise them for sale.
